Course Description: This course provided a comprehensive understanding of Health an Nutrition, focusing on the essential role that food and lifestyle choices play in overall well-being. Students will explore key topics such as macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins), micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). We will discuss healthy food, and bodily systems as well as how food affects the body good and bad along with disease prevention. It will be taught from the perspective that we are taking care of our temple.
