A passion to help children learn

Mosaic is not a school, and as such is not accredited by any state or educational agency.  We are a home education support organization created to come alongside homeschool families as they strive to raise their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. Mosaic is designed to encourage and support.  While striving to offer academically rigorous classes, we aspire to build a community where families can grow together, encouraging each other in the Lord.

As a Christian co-op, all Mosaic we share a biblical worldview.  This worldview includes:

  • The Bible, in its entirety, is the inerrant and inspired Word of God.
  • God exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All persons are equal in power and glory.
  • Christ is the Eternal Son of God. He is fully God and fully man. 
  • Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the Cross as a substitute for all who would repent and believe in Him, rose bodily from the grave, and now reigns with the Father. 
  • He will return visibly and personally to earth in salvation and judgment.
  • All humans are sinful by nature and can only be forgiven by repentance and faith in Jesus as Savior brought about by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit.

All Mosaic instructors and administrators are either a veteran homeschool parent, a certified teacher, or a real world professional.  Each one has a passion for their subject and a desire to serve the Lord by preparing students for life beyond the classroom. 

At Mosaic, each adult and student are expected to conduct themselves with biblical integrity, having a teachable spirit and desire to honor the Lord. This extends to student’s ability to govern personal behavior, class participation, accountability for completed class work, and good attitude.

Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.  Ephesians 2:9-10
